DESCRIPTION
The GT-Digital SARS-CoV-2 Variant Panel for QIAcuity® Wastewater Surveillance Assay is a molecular reagent kit that contains all primers, probes, and controls for detection of the most prominent SARS-CoV-2 variants to date. The assay targets N1 and (9) spike mutations for discrimination of (7) SARS-CoV-2 variants: Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Delta Plus, Mu, and Lambda in two multiplexed dPCR wells.
